Trust center (lite)

Demandara is a Cognitia demand-gen and marketing-operations surface. Peers ship dense Trust Centers with attestations. We publish what is true today: what data we handle, where legal lives, how to contact us — without invented certifications.

Posture

Demandara sells productized marketing services and managed retainers (pilots from $2,500; retainers from $5,000/mo). Public case studies are Cognitia portfolio brands we operate ourselves — labeled as such, not as unrelated enterprise customers. Trust through specificity, not theater.

What data we handle

  • Site visitors: standard first-party analytics (page views, referrer, broad geography, device). No cross-site ad pixels and no marketing lists without explicit opt-in.
  • Lead / contact intake: fields you submit on /contact (name, email, notes, optional company context) so a human can reply within one business day.
  • Client engagements: only what is needed for the signed scope (CRM access you grant, brand-voice docs, ICP details). Stored in Cognitia-controlled systems; never sold. Retention is in the client agreement.
  • Privacy and outbound rules of thumb: PIPEDA-oriented handling and CASL for client outbound we run — described on Privacy. That is posture language, not a certification badge.

What we do

  • Run auto-research, prospecting, programmatic SEO, and brand-voice content under signed scope (operated services / methods — see /product for Alta-parity motions labeled MOCK / LIVE_CAPABLE under deny-defaults).
  • Keep Privacy, Terms, Contact, Product, and this Trust page reachable from the site.
  • Accept privacy and security questions at hello@demandara.com.

What we do not claim

  • No SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or similar badges for Demandara on this page. We do not invent compliance attestations.
  • No guaranteed revenue, lead-volume, or ROI outcomes. Marketing results depend on offer, timing, competition, and your sales execution (see Terms).
  • No fabricated customer logos or “certified / best-in-class” language without current evidence.
  • Portfolio brand results (Skillucate, Inlet Move, Alpha Investo) are not a guarantee of identical outcomes for client engagements.
  • There is no public status board for demandara.com yet. If one ships, it will be linked here.
